300 S Spring

300 S. Spring Street, the Hannah-Dustin Building, is designed in 1969 by George Heneghan and Dan Gale, both of whom had worked for Benedict. The flat-roofed, multistory building minimizes its scale by the artful use of planar brick panels extending above the eaves, set-back stucco spandrels, cantilevered roof and balconies, and use of natural materials such as brick, wood, and tile.
