The Mountain Chalet was built in 1954 by owner Ralph Melville with new wings added over time. A few of the additions were designed by local architect Rob Roy. Mountain Chalet exhibits traditional Chalet features: stucco and wood, decorative cut-outs, second floor balcony, and painted murals.
