308 Park Avenue is a one and a half story 1949 log cabin built in the Rustic style. The building has a tall rubble stone base. A gable end faces the street with a brick chimney applied to the exterior just to the side of the peak. A vertical window sits adjacent to the chimney in the gable end, and a horizontal window sits below on the main level. The log structure is rough shaped logs with random lengths extending beyond the corner. A small shed roof enclosed entry porch extends off the south side, with two vertical windows facing the street. The building was relocated toward the front of the lot to make room for a new addition at the rear.
