This commercial building was designed by Aspen’s first female architect Ellie Brickham in 1960.  It is a two story, flat roofed, concrete block structure at the corner of Hunter and Hyman Street.  The building has the simple geometry, minimal decoration, ribbon windows, and cantilevered second floor associated with Bauhaus design, reminiscent of her work at the Aspen Institute with Bayer and Benedict.
